Varun, It is sad if that many bloggers copy content or simply rehash what's already out there. It's useful to mention and link to other blogger's posts or general news every now and then, to keep your followers informed. Also you may have a fresh perspective or can relate some real life experiences. I find on my blogspot blog that I may refer to other tutorials but add value by pointing out stumbling blocks or variations. Also I respond right away to problems.

Black Hat Methods means unethical methods to benefit. An example is keyword spamming to increasing search engine rankings/ using click fraud to earn more from AdSense or other networks. Some people think that more money can be made by using these but this is wrong and should be avoided.
