i just use the BC recent visitors widget or the MBL who’s viewed me widget.

I do have a BC recent visitors widget on my blog & I do use it to see who has visited my blog. I frequently use it to get to the visitor's blog as well. I also get traffic from BC where we register free of charge & use all features free of charge so I'm pleased to have the BC recent visitors widget in my sidebar.

I’m with you on that. It’s a good way to reciprocate and check out the visitor’s blog. Also acts as ‘social proof’ for some folks who see they’re not the only ones visiting! So many colorful avatars, then there must be good content or very good traffic techniques. lol
