I had to put it in the "notes" box (where I add link information in Typepad) so it took me a little bit of trial and error (I put it in the other boxes first and it the text area became a hyper-link). The image in (and above) the scroll box is too scrunched --- you resized the large header background image to be 125 x 125. You should decide what part of the image is most important and use editting program to cut out only that portion to resize and add appropriate text. Maybe use just the right side (hanging sign)...
