I can't tell how long you've been blogging but nothing happens overnight and without heavy promotion --- are you commenting on other sites, doing guest posts, using Blog Catalog, finding blogger buddies? You need an archive widget or a table of contents so visitors see more of what the site is about. Forget the empty ad space blocks until you build traffic. I don't like that the url still turns into link-bucks: "http:// 9529564d.linkbucks.com/url/http://techie-solutions.blogspot.com .. etc" for you individual posts.
