W3 Total Cache has also improved things a lot. Getting loading time under 2 seconds is a great/ I just visited your blog and it is fast.

I haven't gone down the CDN route yet, but I recently switched from WP Super Cache to W3 Total Cache and noticed a big reduction in load speed. I also removed things which had external CSS and JS calls. I've managed to get my load time down to less than 2 seconds now.

I'm thinking I'll have to go down the CDN route at some point, so I'll be sure to stop by here again when I'm ready to do that

Hello Jonathan, thanks for the comment. I must agree that this plugin may have problems. For example, when I enable some features, it renders pages unaccessible. But then, this is true with almost every cache plugin out there because of their nature to work closely with core!

Great tutorial. I was looking for a good one on this plugin.

I'm currently using the W3 Super Cache plugin. I've tried the Total Cache plugin before and it seemed to work well, though my site started having errors when I enabled the database caching.

As traffic grows I think I will experiment in the future more with it.
