I find that Stumble Upon is good when it comes to waking up --- sometimes a friend sends an article or a photo that "knocks you over the head!" We may think it's more of the same 'stuff,' but people need to hear something at least five times and in various ways before it really sinks in. Often bloggers in other niches shed light on your topic. Similarly when you write a guest post, you gain knowledge in researching how best to make the article work for both the blog owner's and your blog! Excellent list, one that our team members on this blog try to live by!
