Ad Networks Series. Network 9: Adgitize

in Monetizing, Resources

Continuing with the series, this week, we have Adgitize, a new ad network that has some really innovative features.

Adgitize is based on the point system. You earn in points. These points are converted to cash at time of payout.

Payout: Payout limit is $10 via PayPal and $50 via Check.

Ad Sizes: Right now, 125 x 125 and 468 x 60 ads are available.

Multiple Ways to Earn With Adgitize

As far as earnings are concerned, this is where the innovations are. Here’s a quick look at the ways you can earn:

1. Page Views: You earn points for every page view of blog.

2. Publishing: You get points based on your published article. As far as I have noticed, you get 1 point when post is published.

3. Clicks: Clicks on your ads also add some points to your account.

4. Viewing Other Blogs: If you visit other blogs with Adgitize, you get points for that. You also get points when you click ads! Maximum limit for clicks is 100 per day.

These multiple streams can result in a quick payout.

You have to be Logged in to Your Adgitize account to earn points for viewing and clicking. They have a cool method to let you know this. Read this post on their blog to find more.

Advertisers

Adgitize offers a unique package that will interest many bloggers. You can buy 1 month advertising on whole network for just $14. No need to get involved with clicks, CTR and eCPM etc. Pay the fee and get advertising for 1 month.

Affiliates

I was expecting something cool from Adgitize here too but sadly, their referral program pays only if you refer advertisers.

You get $5 when an advertiser buys ads for one month. As long as advertiser continues advertising, you get $1 per month. There is no time limit on $1 commission. So, if you manage to get a good(and rich) advertiser in, you will be rich soon!

Should You Try Adgitize?

You should consider Adgitize because of the multiple ways you can earn. Since network-wide advertising is cheap and beginner friendly (without managing hassles), giving it a try is definitely a good investment. (Disclaimer: Like last week’s WidgetBucks review and CMF ads review before that, this post does not have any affiliate links! ;-) )

You have decided to go with WidgetBucks and Chitiks. Stick with them for about a month. We have Chitika here on Blogging With Success and it has been a great performer. If you do not find them good, then switch!

I see you’re already using Adgitize and I’m sure you followed your own (good) advice before you jumped into any plans to monetize. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience.

I think the choice which monetizing option to choose from depends also frome the topic, the niche and the reader base.
I don’t think that all options work for all blogs, niche and blog topics.

This whole points system seems a big sham, don’t you think? Why would anyone give you points for clicking on ads on your own blog? And points for visiting other blogs with Adgitize? Strange!
