In my website Hiburrito.com when subscribe, they can add their RSS Feed. This feed will appear with their blog’s logo and URL on the right corner of the WOPS (World Online Polls) they publish. If Wopers (Hiburrito’s users) like their WOPS, they will visit your blog and subscribe to your RSS Feed.

Following up new commentators will always be effective. How many times do you get personal emails after commenting on blogs? Do something different and show that you care for readers, you will convert them into loyal ones!
